AsiaI LOVE this place. Hands down my favorite Asian food in Santa Fe. It’s great quality and they make everything from scratch - like you can literally watch them making dumplings while you order if you’re lucky. Pictured below are the spicy wontons - my favorite dish and the fried noodles with pork. Everything is delicious, but these are my top 2 favorites followed by the dumplings and the Dan dan noodle soup. If you’re hungry, I recommend something with noodles as those portions are quite large vs. the dumplings, though the dumplings make an excellent ‘normal/need to eat but not dying of hunger’ meal as well. For two people, you could easily split a noodle and dumpling dish and be totally satisfied.
- Zoë CGood food, service, and the food was served in a very decent time. The place also has a nice atmosphere and very nice service. I'm gonna give it a nice Yelp review. 10/10 would come again. Edit: One of the waitresses here just gave me and my friends candy bars as a gift and that is the sweetest thing I've ever seen at any kind of place like this.
- Phon MStumbled upon this charming dumpling shop in an indoor plaza while in NM. They were about to close so we just ordered a little bit to-go. I really wanted to try the soup dumplings but the lady said it wouldn’t be good to-go. Ended up getting the fried shrimp dumplings, pork buns and kimchi. Loved watching the lady hand roll the dumpling skins. The food came out quick and hot! Everything tasted so fresh and really flavorful. The kimchi had huge cabbage pieces, good flavor but Ive had. better. I only wish I ordered more to go! I can’t wait to visit again and try their soup dumplings!
